Esta masterclass, forma parte de las actividades educativas de la Real Orquesta Sinfónica de Sevilla.

Alumnos Activos: estudiantes de grado profesional, de grado superior, postgrado y profesionales.

Alumnos Oyentes: estudiantes de todos los niveles de flauta.

UBICACIÓN Y HORARIO

Sala de ensayo de la ROSS en el Teatro de la Maestranza de Sevilla. Acceso por Calle Temprado, 6

Lunes 28 marzo: de 10.30-14.30 h y de 16.00-18.00 h.

(6 alumnos activos, 45-50 min de clase para cada uno)

Asistencia el jueves 31 de marzo al ensayo general.

El precio de la inscripción incluye una entrada para el concierto de la ROSS del Ciclo Solistas y Maestros 3, previsto el 31 marzo, a las 20 horas, en el Teatro de la Maestranza, así como acceso previo al ensayo general.

OBJETIVOS DE LA MASTERCLASS

El objetivo de la masterclass es profundizar y complementar los estudios de flauta de los alumnos asistentes, con atención personalizada en cada uno de los casos.

CONTENIDOS

• Aspectos técnicos de flauta(articulación, empleo del aire, sonido, fraseo, digitación, etc).
• Hábitos y técnica de estudio del instrumento.
• Control de la postura y empleo del cuerpo (respiración, colocación, movimiento).
• Trabajo de los elementos que intervienen en el fraseo musical: línea, color y expresión, adecuándolos a los diferentes estilos.
• Nociones musicales y analíticas (estilo, armonía, estructura, etc).
• Presencia escénica y comunicación corporal; concentración, expresión, etc.

CERTIFICADO

Expedido por la ROSS con el número de horas realizadas y firmado por el profesor.

SOBRE BENOÎT FROMANGER

Recognized internationally as a conductor of the highest level, Benoit Fromanger’s wish is to bring and share at each concert his personal approach to music. Extremely talented musician, Benoit Fromanger is distinguished by rich sound aesthetics and an elegant sense of phrasing. His respect for musicians and the public, his energy, his generosity and his passion make him an unmissable conductor on international musical stages.

Born in Paris, Benoît Fromanger studies music and flute in Paris Conservatory with eminent teachers like Roger Bourdin and Jean-Pierre Rampal. Soloist from the Paris National Opera’s orchestra during ten years, then from the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra , going alongside to conductors such as Leonard Bernstein, Carlos Kleiber, Lorin Maazel, Bernard Haitink, Zubin Mehta, Carlo Maria Giulini ,Daniel Barenboim etc…, Benoît Fromanger turns to good account these experiences and studies conducting with his mentor Valéry Gergiev and also with the famous pedagogue Rolf Reuter in Berlin.

All these influences help him to develop his sensibility ,enthusiasm and musicality .He starts to occurs as conductor in many festivals and concerts where he notably conducts the Montréal Metropolitan Orchestra, the Gürzenich Symphony, the Slovenian Radio Symphony, the Swiss Italian Radio Symphony, the Koblenz Philharmonie, the Bello Horizonte Philharmonic , Curitiba Symphony ,the Nizza Philharmonic Orchestra, the Lille National Orchestra, the Haïfa Philharmonic Orchestra, Concerts Colonne and Concerts Lamoureux, the Sinfonia Rotterdam ,the Tokyo Symphony, The Toulon Opera Orchestra, the ONPL, the Daejeon Philharmonic……

On the Opera side and among another performances, he conducted the Opera of Manaus, the Opera of Bucharest, the Choir and the soloists of the Ankara Opera, he conducted the world premiere of the Oratorio « Le Mystère du Salut » under the High Patronage of Her Majesty, the Queen Paola of Belgium at the « Grandes Heures de la Cambre ».

During his performances with operas and choirs , Maestro Fromanger conducted soloists such as Angelika Kirchschlager, Nathalie Manfrino, Thomas Hampson and major other great artists.He will attend to conduct in spring 2022 the Mariinsky Theater.

Benoît Fromanger was named in 2004 Professor at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler, Berlin. He was from 2011 till 2018 musical director and principal conductor of the Bucharest Symphony Orchestra.

Since 2021 the New Music Director of the Samsun Opera house (Turkey).
